The most recent report UK Housing report from the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) for April 2016 suggests that there has been a fall in the demand (by a fifth) for housing and that it is at its lowest level in two years.
Now it might be the case that the housing market saw a rush of buy-to-let investors trying to beat the stamp duty increase deadline and this has then seen a relative decrease in demand following these changes.
