Now for the boring bits…To qualify for the offer:
- The house must be defined as a terraced house and not exceed an estimated Heywoods valuation of £140,000.
- Townhouses, Mews, Flats/Apartments can be negotiated with the valuer on an individual basis and following a review with a manager. The offer can be applied but also retracted at managers discretion.
- The property must be located in Staffordshire, South Cheshire or the border of Shropshire.
- A Heywoods contract must be signed in January 2021 with aim to go live within 24 hours and 2 weeks of the signature date.
- The offer will apply on a sole agent basis. It will not be applied if you opt to sell with multiple agents.
- The fee will be payable on completion of the sale of your property.
- If you have more than one terraced property you wish to sell, the offer will apply to all terraced houses that meet the qualifying criteria listed on the market in January 2021.
- Participants must ‘Like’ Heywoods on a social media platform and/or share the offer on a social media platform such as Facebook or Instagram.
- Houses listed with Heywoods before January 2021 will not be able to participate in the offer.
- Some of the usual marketing services will not be applicable with the offer such as:
- Floorplan
- 3D/360 Video tours
- Heywoods viewing representative to attend viewings
