WOW! What a month May has been! We have had a super busy month here at Heywoods Estate Agents. Demand for property remains high and with The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) report for April reporting an increase in the number of houses selling for more than the asking price (with 9% of agents reporting this) now is a great time sell if you are thinking of putting your home on the market. We have certainly seen high demand for property and many of properties have sold for more than the asking price, in particular houses in Trentham and the Westlands. We had one property located on the Westlands which achieved over £30,000 over the asking price!! This is a great result!
