The health and safety of our staff and clients is always our primary concern. In order to protect you and our team, in light of recent events and the worldwide coronavirus issue, we are taking measures to ensure that we act responsibly to reduce the risk to everybody.

We have taken the decision to cancel all non-essential travel and face to face meetings. If you already have meetings booked with any of our team, they will be in touch to arrange a telephone meeting or video call.

Unfortunately, this also means that for the time being, we are no longer accepting visitors into our premises. if you need to drop off paperwork or records, please call us on 01782 617343.

We are washing hands at regular intervals, including using antibacterial hand gels and gloves when on appointments and regularly disinfecting our office spaces. Please do not be offended if we are not shaking hands.

We shall give practical guidance and ask more questions than usual before all viewings and any other business appointments to protect your wellbeing and will continue to work and adapt to the government guidance whilst ensuring your affairs are kept up to date. Business will continue but over the telephone. Our residential sales team and the lettings department will all be available to talk to during regular office hours.

We can deal effectively with the majority of enquiries via the telephone or email.
