2017 was a great year for Heywoods, with a new Lettings team which has undergone significant growth, under Head of Lettings, Laura Aspinall. The Heywoods Lettings brand is now number 1 on Rightmove for the most New Instructions* and this expansion is set to continue over 2018. October 2017 saw the appointment of an Operations Manager, Fiona Miller, who has a background in management, business strategy and marketing. Totally Terraced is a dedicated brand focussing solely on the terraced homes market. It is backed up by the expertise of the Heywoods team, with experienced valuers, home moving consultants, marketing and administration teams to ensure smooth service. There are expert MAB mortgage brokers in-house and also access to a team of excellent conveyancers, which really do help the customer to have the easiest possible experience when buying and selling.

Terraced homes make up a huge element of both the Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent housing stock and Totally Terraced specialises in marketing these homes in a way which maximises viewings, matches the perfect buyers to the sellers’ requirements and has swift completions thanks to the rigorous buyer qualification process and sales progression.
